I feel like I am just money to them and they cannot give their customer support any tools to help people.
This is laughable as it always takes so long for them to ship out in stock order as it is.

So that means that they will not update their work flow for a customer.
I asked for the routing number, but I was told it had not been created yet and not shipped! So, tracking not made, but they cannot change the address. I contacted them and they could not do anything and suggested I contact the delivery company to get the package rerouted. I had an preorder that I needed to update the shipping on, but the order had started to be processed. I used to love getting stuff from them, but don't have anything in your life come through that impacts your order short notice. Other items look expensive, but I've never really looked at figures on other sites to be able to tell you if these are a good price. 6-8 dollars for books that are usually 10-12 dollars (books are mostly what I buy).

My only real problem is that popular items go out of stock often, but they are usually restocked quickly (2-3 days for off sale items, sometimes longer if its on sale). I order manga and light novels, which are usually about 3 dollars cheaper than Amazon (new) or Barnes and Noble. All of my orders have come packaged in multiple layers and they have a insurance package (edit: not actual 'packaging', it covers damage) for 98 cents that I use (note: I've never had to contact them so I don't know about how that would work with customer service much). I can't speak for customer service because I've never needed to contact them. I live in Atlanta, Georgia (they are based in Iowa) and I get about 10 day shipping with economy and 5 with economy+ for about 5 extra bucks. RSA needs to realize that having a policy does not automatically make it a good one and does NOT save you from looking bad.

And now I might not even get a full refund? Nowhere! Even when I pointed that out, my one option was reiterated again. I asked for a link, and they sent me an FAQ page which does not mention anything about USPS "undeliverable" situations. I reached out via chat to hope that someone else would be my saving grace, but they reiterated that it was their policy. They contacted me a few days later and said they could only refund me "minus any appropriate fees" and I can re-order if I want to, but my 10% first order discount would not be applied. So I reached out to USPS *first* and they said they couldn't do anything about it because it was already on transit back, so I needed to reach out to RSA where they told me to put in a case report. It said my package was 'undeliverable' and was being returned to sender. The day after it was supposed to arrive, I checked the tracking link. Mid-April, I get the shipping confirmation and tracking info.
I figured I would gift them for Xmas or his birthday in May depending on when the books would restock. I ordered 8 Beserk books 10% discount in November for my boyfriend. I had such a disappointing experience with them, and I see from reviewers below I'm not the only one who's had this issue. I get that things get hectic and mistakes happen. I never write reviews unless they're positive.
